Why we’re updating our pricing—and what it means for you
Over the past few days, there has been public discussion around Dentitek’s recent pricing adjustment, and we’d like to take the opportunity to provide clarity.
We recognize that pricing updates can have an impact on operational planning, particularly in healthcare environments where efficiency and reliability are essential. In the interest of transparency, we want to explain what is changing, the reasons behind this decision, and the steps we’re taking to support our customers moving forward.
A decade without change
For over 10 years, Dentitek’s pricing adjustments remained minimal. In that time, the product has evolved significantly to meet the growing needs of dental practices across Quebec. While many of those improvements happened behind the scenes, they’ve played a crucial role in delivering a more stable, secure, and user-friendly experience.
What we’ve heard from you
In conversations with our users, a few common themes have emerged. These are valid needs—and we agree. That’s why the pricing update goes hand in hand with a deeper investment in Dentitek’s evolution. We’re actively addressing these priorities in our development roadmap and customer support strategy. To support this, we’ve expanded both our development and support teams, giving us greater capacity to improve the platform, respond faster to user needs, and accelerate the delivery of new features.

Transparent pricing, with flexibility for your clinic
To support this next phase of growth while remaining sensitive to clinic needs, Dentitek is introducing a clear pricing structure along with a range of promotional offers tailored for Quebec’s dental community.
Interest-Free Prepayment 1-Year Prepayment: 5% off support and all packages
2-Year Prepayment: 10% off support and all packages
3-Year Prepayment: 20% off support and all packages
Interest-free prepayments can be split into three equal payments over three months to help with clinic cash flow management.
Additional promotion: For 2- and 3-year terms, future price increases will be capped for five years, limited to a maximum of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 3%.
