Why install version 8?
Dentitek version 8 allows for automatic updates. It is more efficient and includes all the latest features.
What is the update duration?
Booking slots are two hours. Depending on the number of stations in the clinic, the update may be faster. As a guideline, updating ten stations takes an average of 60 minutes.
What is the update process ?
At the appointment time, an agent will call you to obtain TeamViewer access. The server is updated first (this will cause Dentitek to be completely offline for about 30 minutes), then the agent connects to each computer in the clinic to complete the update.

Can I work during the update?
